Just made chicken wings this weekend and wanted to share my favorite recipe. This recipe is for char-pit or grilled wings similar to the ones I used to get at La Nova.
I deepfried the wings until they were crispy, about 20 minutes. We use a turkey deepfryer outside to do huge batches! Then I coated them in the Anchor Bar Wing Sauce. Last, I coated them in La Nova's BBQ sauce and put them on the grill for about 5-10 minutes. This produces the best combination of sweet, hot, smokey, crispy wings. They are truly addicting!
